Professor Parimal H. Vyas is a Vice-Chancellor of The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda [MSU] Gujarat w.e.f. 11th February, 2016. Earlier, Professor Vyas served as Acting Vice-Chancellor, and the Pro Vice-Chancellor, MSU (w. e. f. 29th December, 2014 till 11th February, 2016). He is the First Dual Professor appointed as Professor of Management Studies , Faculty of Management Studies, and also Professor of Commerce and Business Management, Faculty of Commerce at MSU, Baroda. He has also served as Dean, Faculty of Commerce and Head of the Department, Department of Commerce & Business Management, Faculty of Commerce, MSU, Baroda. He has also been Syndicate & Senate Member of the MSU Baroda. Presently, Professor Vyas is also Chairman of Syndicate & Senate of MSU of Baroda. Professor Vyas is an Alumnus of Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad (IIMA). Professor Vyas has obtained Ph.D. in Commerce from Sardar Patel University, Vallabh Vidyanagar & Master’s Degree in Management from MSU, Baroda. Professor Vyas has a total teaching and research experience of more than 30 years.
Dr. Moni studied MBBS at Dhaka Medical College and Hospital and LLB at Bangladesh National University. She later earned Master of Public Health at Johns Hopkins University School of Public Health, and earned Master of Laws at the University of London. She had also completed a course on Negotiations and Conflict Resolutions from Harvard University. She is a lawyer of Bangladesh Supreme Court.
She worked for women’s rights and entitlements, health legislation, health policy and management, health financing, strategic planning, and health and human rights under the Constitution and law in Bangladesh’s economic and social development programmes and foreign policy issues of the region and globally. As a Minister of Foreign Affairs she has represented her government’s position to the Cabinet Ministers and public representatives of Asia, Europe and the US, Ambassadors and Senior Representatives of International Institutions.

Prior to this she was associated as Professor with Alliance Française of Brisbane, Australia and Université Populaire de Genève , Switzerland, She has undertaken many researches at the International Organization for Migration, ABN AMRO Bank, World Microfinance Forum Geneva, the International Labor Organization, and the United Nations.
Dr S Pratap Reddy, born 1944, rose from a humble middle class farming community of Telangana to become a respectable teacher in management at Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University – Hyderabad. Starting as a lecturer, he progressed on his career as a professor eventually adorning ‘Board of Management Studies’ as its chairman. Discipline, Diligence, Dharma are the qualities he stood by throughout his life. Dr Reddy plunged into the famous agitations such as Mulki agitation of 1968 and Separate Telangana agitation of 1969 for which he was incarcerated.
After teaching for 25 years at JNTU-Hyderabad, he took voluntary retirement and founded Dhruva College of Management – India’s first not-for-profit Business School.
Over the last 24 years, Dhruva has made a formidable presence in the comity of management academia across the country so much so that CMO Asia with Wall Street journal as media partner acclaimed it as ‘The Best Emerging B-School in Asia’.
